I have enjoyed Lisa Long's Yoga as Therapy classes for over 10 years. My balance, range of motion, and confidence are... improving with age! I always feel wonderfully alive at end of class. Her breathe of knowledge includes; yoga, Pilates, Franklin Method, Ayurvedic health, meditation, yoga philosophy and more. She weaves this base of knowledge together to develop unique (not boring) class plans. During class she 'sees' how people are compensating for movement and will make on the spot adjustments to the class plan or provide participants with adjustments to practice at their comfort level.
